Sarah Williams — Triathlon, trail & sports nutrition writer

Hello, my name is Sarah Williams, and I am a writer specializing in triathlon, trail running, and sports nutrition. I've always been passionate about outdoor sports, and I chose to combine my two favorite worlds: writing and endurance.

I started with running, then trail running quickly became obvious: running in nature, discovering new paths, and pushing my limits while enjoying the landscape. The triathlon then came to enrich my practice: a demanding and stimulating discipline that taught me to know myself better and to diversify my training.

Over the years, I have understood that nutrition plays a central role in both performance and the pleasure of practice. This is why I have specialized in this field, sharing concrete and accessible advice to help everyone progress serenely.

In my articles, I try to convey more than just information: a lived experience, practical advice tested in the field, and a good dose of motivation. My goal is simple: that you find in my texts the desire to move forward, whether to prepare for your first triathlon, embark on a demanding trail run, or simply adopt better lifestyle habits.

What drives me above all is the pleasure of outdoor sports: running at sunrise, cycling in the middle of the countryside, diving into a lake, or hiking in the mountains. I seek to share this connection with nature in each of my lines.

Through my writings, I hope to inspire you, support you, and give you confidence: because triathlon, trail running, and nutrition are above all human adventures.
