Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your Prime subscription at any time from your member area. You will retain access until the end of your subscription period.

How does billing work?

Your subscription is billed automatically once a year. You receive an invoice by email with each payment.

Is there a trial period?

We don't offer a trial period, but you have a 14-day money-back guarantee if you're not satisfied.

Does Prime include coaching?

No, Prime and Coaching are two separate services. Prime gives access to calculation tools, plans and sessions, while Coaching offers personalized support with a professional coach.
