What tools are included in Prime?

Prime includes access to all our premium tools: VMA and pace calculator, triathlon calculator, energy expenditure calculator, heart rate zone calculator, trail/ultra time calculator, training plan generator, as well as unlimited access to all triathlon and trail training plans and all training sessions.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your Prime subscription at any time from your member area. You will retain access until the end of your subscription period.

How does billing work?

Your subscription is billed automatically according to the plan you choose (monthly or yearly). You receive an invoice by email with each payment.

Is there a trial period?

Yes! You get a 7-day free trial when you first sign up. During this period, you have access to all premium tools at no cost. If you cancel before the end of the trial, you will not be charged.

Does Prime include coaching?

No, Prime and Coaching are two separate services. Prime gives access to calculation tools, plans and sessions, while Coaching offers personalized support with a professional coach.
